K-Bap (“the Service”, “we”) helps foreign visitors and residents in Korea check Korean food against their dietary restrictions. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is handled.

1. Data We Collect

Dietary restriction data may reveal allergies or dietary practice. We collect it only with your consent and use it solely to show personalized risk information. You may use the Service without an account (browse mode); in that case no profile data is collected.

2. Why We Use It

• Match menu items and ingredients against your avoided-ingredient list and show personalized risk levels
• Provide core features (scan, search, bookmarks) and maintain your account
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Processors and International Transfer

To run the Service we use the following processors. Data may be processed outside your country (including the United States).

4. Retention and Deletion

• Account and profile data: deleted without undue delay when you delete your account (in-app: Profile → Delete account).
• Scanned menu photos: used for scan processing; files failing validation are deleted immediately, and uploaded photos are retained for up to 3 months and then deleted.
• Logs kept only as long as needed for security and legal obligations.

5. Your Rights

You can view and edit profile data in the app, delete your account at any time, and contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests.

K-Bap(“서비스”)은 한국 방문·거주 외국인이 자신의 식이 제한에 맞춰 한국 음식을 확인하도록 돕는 서비스입니다. 본 방침은 수집하는 개인정보와 그 목적, 처리 방식을 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

2. 이용 목적

• 메뉴·재료를 이용자의 기피 재료와 대조해 개인 맞춤 위험도 표시
• 핵심 기능(스캔·검색·북마크) 제공 및 계정 관리
• 서비스 운영·보안·개선

개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 수탁자가 개인정보를 처리하며, 처리 과정에서 국외(미국 포함)로 이전될 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 및 파기

• 계정·프로필 정보: 회원 탈퇴(앱 내 프로필 → 계정 삭제) 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 스캔 사진: 스캔 처리에 사용하며, 검증 실패 파일은 즉시 삭제하고 업로드된 사진은 3개월 보관 후 삭제합니다.
• 접속 기록은 보안·법령 준수에 필요한 기간만 보관합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

앱에서 프로필 정보를 조회·수정할 수 있고, 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 열람·정정·삭제 요청을 아래 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.
