K-Bap Terms of Service / 이용약관

These Terms govern your use of the K-Bap mobile application (“the Service”), operated by the K-Bap Team (“we”).

1. The Service

K-Bap provides information about Korean foods — including ingredients, spiciness, and a personalized risk indication based on the ingredients you choose to avoid — and a menu-scanning feature. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

The Service provides reference information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or allergy advice.
Food and ingredient data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; actual restaurant dishes vary in recipe and preparation, and cross-contamination can occur in any kitchen.
Risk levels are estimates computed from available data. A “safe” or low-risk indication is not a guarantee that a dish is free of your avoided ingredients. An “unable to assess” indication means we genuinely do not know.
If you have a food allergy or a medically significant dietary restriction, always confirm directly with the restaurant before eating. Never rely solely on the Service for decisions that could affect your health.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is provided via social login (Apple/Google). You may browse without an account; some features (scanning, bookmarks, personalization) require one.
You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
You may delete your account at any time in the app; see the Privacy Policy for data handling.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not: abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights; use the Service to harm others; or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its data compilations, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us the license needed to process them for providing the Service (see Privacy Policy).

6. Changes and Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made in reliance on the information it provides (see Section 2). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

본 약관은 K-Bap 팀(“운영자”)이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 K-Bap(“서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

1. 서비스의 내용

K-Bap은 한국 음식의 재료·맵기 정보와, 이용자가 설정한 기피 재료에 기반한 개인 맞춤 위험도 표시, 메뉴판 스캔 기능을 제공합니다. 서비스는 현재 무료로 제공됩니다.

2. ⚠️ 건강·안전 고지 — 반드시 읽어주세요

서비스가 제공하는 정보는 참고용이며, 의료·영양·알레르기에 관한 전문적 조언이 아닙니다.
음식·재료 데이터는 불완전하거나 최신이 아니거나 부정확할 수 있으며, 실제 식당의 조리법·재료는 다를 수 있고 조리 과정에서 교차 오염이 발생할 수 있습니다.
위험도는 보유 데이터로 계산한 추정치입니다. “안전” 또는 낮은 위험 표시가 해당 음식에 기피 재료가 없음을 보증하지 않으며, “판정 불가” 표시는 실제로 확인할 수 없음을 의미합니다.
식품 알레르기 등 건강에 중대한 식이 제한이 있다면, 취식 전 반드시 식당에 직접 확인하세요. 건강에 영향을 줄 수 있는 결정을 서비스에만 의존하지 마세요.

3. 계정

로그인은 소셜 로그인(Apple/Google)으로 제공됩니다. 비회원으로도 둘러볼 수 있으나 일부 기능(스캔·북마크·개인화)은 계정이 필요합니다.
계정에서 이루어진 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 1인 1계정을 원칙으로 합니다.
언제든 앱에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

4. 이용 규칙

서비스의 오·남용, 과부하 유발, 역설계, 위법하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠 업로드, 타인에게 피해를 주는 이용, 무단 접근 시도를 금지합니다.

5. 콘텐츠와 지식재산권

서비스(데이터 편집물·디자인·소프트웨어 포함)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 업로드한 사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스 제공을 위한 처리에 필요한 범위의 이용을 운영자에게 허락합니다(개인정보 처리방침 참조).

6. 서비스의 변경·중단

서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며 변경·일시 중단·종료될 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 사전에 알립니다.

7. 책임의 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용(제2조의 정보에 의존한 결정 포함)으로 발생한 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임 등 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
